My fees are based on the amount of money being disputed (including legal costs).
The mediation fee is usually split equally between the two parties.

VAT excluded. The fee covers my preparation time and a full day of mediation, up to 8 hours (4 hours for the half-day mediation). Additional time is charged pro-rata.
COVID-19 remote working: Mediation works surprisingly well online, and I will set everything up in my Zoom account. I also offer a dry-run session the day before the scheduled mediation, so that everyone can check that their tech works smoothly before the day, if they would like to.
